AUTHORIZING EQUIPMENT PURCHASES AND MAKING APPROPRI-
ATIONS.
RESOLVED by the Council for the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
SECTION I. The manager is authorized and directed to enter
into purchase agreements for the equipment listed below from the
suppliers and at the prices shown in accordance with the bids re-
ceived September 27, 1978:
