A RESOLUTION: GRANTING WAIVER OF SITE PLAN REQUIREMENTS
WHEREAS, the Leesburg Planning Commission has recommended
the following waiver of site plan requirements for Loudoun House,
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia
as follows:
The site plan requirements of Chapter 9A of the Leesburg
Zoning Ordinance are waived in accordance with Section 9A-6-12
of said Zoning Ordinance for the construction of a 12' x 16'
storage shed and a mailroom on the Loudoun House site, pursuant
to written requests from Mrs. Julie Gouveia, Site Manager,
dated September 21 and 26, 1978, respectively.
PASSED this 25th day of October, 1978.
