RESOLUTION NO. 78-198 ADOPTED October 25, 1978
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH KDA FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND MAKING AN
APPROPRIATION.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia
as follows:
Section 1. The manager is authorized and directed to
enter into a contract with the firm of Kamstra, Dickerson
and Associates of Reston, Virginia for professional architectural
and engineering services on design work on the log cabin at
14 West Loudoun Street, in accordance with Kamstra, Dickerson
and Associates proposal dated September 18, 1978.
Section 2. An appropriation is made from the General
Fund to Account No. 10210, Log Cabin Restoration, in the
amount of $3,500 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1979.
