AN ORDINANCE TO APPP.OPRIATE 1%'TTHIN THE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT FUND.
[dHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more
money than was appropriated in the annual budget;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND,
14AYNE COUNTY, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following
additional sums of money are hereby appropriated.

SECTION 2. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation, the following
additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of
the fund herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws
governing the same.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of

PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
Notice is hereby giver the taxpayers of the City of Richmond, Wayne County,
Indiana, that the proper legal officers of said Municipal Corporation at
their regular meeting place at 7: 30 o'clock P. PI. , on day of
Jaruar 19 will consider the fo owing additional
appropriatYons on excess of the budget for the current year.

Other Services and Charges 5,819.
TOTAL $193,234.
Taxpayers appearing at such meeting shall have a right to be heard thereon.
The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the State
Board of Tax Commissioners, which Board, upon receipt, will hold a further
hearing within fifteen days at the County Auditor's Office of said County,
or at such other place as may be designated. At such hearing taxpayers
objecting to any of such additional appropriations may be heard. Interests!'-
taxpayers may inquire of the County Auditor when and where such hearing
will be held.

COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session in the
Council. Chambers in the Municipal Building of said City January 17, 1983
at the hour of 7:30 pm '
Councilman Mills presided with the following members present:

The Clerk presented proof of publication of Notice to Taxpayers printed in the
Richmond Palladium Item, a newspaper of gene�al circulation iplthe,City of
Richmond, Indiana, on the dates of January and 33
Said notices stated that a public hearing would be held on the day of
January 1983 , by the Common Council to consider additional appropriations ppropriations
-
as provided for in Ordinance No. , within the City of Richmond,
Indiana. The proof of publication and posting of notices were examined and
found to be correct and in order. Councilman welch moved the proof
of publication and posting of notices be received and ordered filed, seconded
by Councilman Williams , and on voice vote the motion was carried.
