[dHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, 14AYNE COUNTY, INDIANA: SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated. AMOUNT AMOUNT REQUESTED APPROPRTATED MUNICIPAL AIRPORT 1000 Personal Services $ 32,736. $ 32,136. 2000 Supplies 153,729. 153,729. 3000 Other Services and Charges 6,819. 6,819. TOTAL $193,284. $193,284. SECTION 2. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation, the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the fund herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of Indiana governing emergency appropriations. The proof of publication and posting of notices were examined and found to be correct and in order. Councilman welch moved the proof of publication and posting of notices be received and ordered filed, seconded by Councilman Williams , and on voice vote the motion was carried.
