A RESOLUTION: REFERRING PROPOSED STATE CODE AMENDMENTS TO THE
PLANNING COMMISSION FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
Proposed amendments to Sections 15.1-466 and 15.1-474 of
the Code of Virginia are hereby referred to the Leesburg
Planning Commission for its study and recommendations.
