A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY, C? :LlFORNIA INDICATING THEIR
APPRECIATION FOR THE FINE SERVICES RENDERED
BY INSPECTOR FRANK L. BLETCHER, LOS ANGELES
COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Temple City
contracts for the service of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's
Department; and
;VHERE^.S, one of those individuals primarily re-
sponsible for the efficiency of the department in this area
is the area inspector; and
WHEREAS, Inspector Frank L. Bletcher has for rrany
years been a representative of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's
Department in the San Gabriel Valley; and
WHERE^S, Frank L. Bletcher has served as the Captain
of the Temple City Sheriff's Station; and
WHEREAS, Frank L. Bletcher has demonstrated those
fine qualities and instincts of leadership which are extremely
important to the functioning of a law enforcement ager.cy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY goes on record as officially com-
mending and complimenting Frank L. Bletcher for those services
which he has provided this community throughout his many years
of service to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City, at a
regular meeting held on the firstday of June 1965, by
the following vote of the Council:
