AUTHORIZING CHRISTMAS LIGHTING AND BAGGING OF
PARKING METERS PRIOR TO THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
SECTION I. Christmas decorations shall be erected fol-
lowing Thanksgiving, with lighting to be turned on Friday,
December 1 through Tuesday, January 2.
SECTION II. Appropriate bags shall be placed over all
parking meters for the period December 11, 1978 through De-
cember 26, 1978.
