A RESOLUTIONL AUTHORIZING EQUIPMENT PURCHASES AND MAKING APPROPRIA-
TIONS.
RESOLVED by the Council for the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
SECTION I. The manager is authorized and directed to enter
into an agreement to purchase two police patrol vehicles meeting
specifications issued by the Police Department from S & R Chevrolet-
Oldsmobile, Inc., 320 Fort Evans Drive, Leesburg, Virginia 22075,
at a cost not to exceed $13,058.
SECTION II. The manager is authorized and directed to enter
into an agreement to purchase one pick-up truck equipped as per bid
received October 13, 1978 from S & R Chevrolet-Oldsmobile, Inc., 320
Fort Evans Drive, Leesburg, Virginia 22075.
SECTION III. An appropriation is made from the General Fund
to Account 9010.803, Police Automotive Equipment, in the amount of
$13,360 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1979.
SECTION IV. An appropriation is made from the Utility Fund to
Account 20200.801, Water Supply Automotive Equipment, in the amount
of $4,550 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1979.
