A RESOLUTIO~ GRANTING WAIVER OF SITE PLAN REQUIREMENTS FOR
EDWIN BEAVER
WHEREAS the Leesburg Planning Commission has recommended
the following waiver of Site Plan Requirements.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
In accordance with Section 9A-6-12 of the Leesburg Zoning
Ordinance, the site plan requirements of Chapter 9A of said
Zoning Ordinance are waived for the erection of a building
on an existing concrete slab located at 43 South Wirt Street
as requested in letter from Edwin E. Beaver dated October 2,
1978.
PASSED this 25th day of October, 1978.
