'That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the several appropriations, herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same: GENERAL FUND Weights and Measures 1000 - Personal Services AMOUNT AMOUNT REQUESTED APPROPRIATED $400. $400. TOTAL $400. $400. SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now 'have unobligated balances which will not be needed for the purposes for which appropriated, it is further ordained that the following existing appropriations be reduced in the following amounts. The proof of publication and posting of notices were examined and found to be correct and in order. Councilman moved the proof of publication and posting of notices be received and ordered filed, seconded by Councilman , and on voice vote the motion was carried. The Clerk read on second reading Ordinance No. 7-1983 President Mills announced Ordinance No. 7-1983 is on public hearing.
