AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to transfer money within
the fund appropriated in the annual budget;
NOV THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COA11ON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE
COUNTY, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following
additional stuns of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the
several appropriations, herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject
to the laws governing the same:

4000 - Capital Outlay $2,820. $2,820.

3000 - Other Services & Charges 85. 85.
TOTAL $2,905. $2,905.
SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now have
unobligated balances which will not be needed for the purposes for which
appropriated, it is further ordained that the following existing appropriations
be reduced in the following amounts.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of Indiana.
