RESOLUTION NO. 78-211 ADOPTED November 8, 1978
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE
BOND FOR THE MILLSPAUGH SITE PLAN
RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
The town manager is authorized and directed to execute the
standard agreement and approval of performance bond in the amount
of $29,600 for installation of public improvements required at
that site is granted subject to review by the town attorney.
This instrument is to guarantee installation of public improvements
for the Millspaugh site plan on South King Street.
