A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A PERFORM-
ANCE BOND FOR THE LOWER-HARLEY DAVIDSON LTD. SITE
PLAN.
RESOLVED by the Council for the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
SECTION I. The performance bond in the amount of $9,449
guaranteeing installation of public improvements required at the
Lower-Harley Davidson Ltd. site is approved subject to review
and approval by the town attorney.
SECTION II. The town manager is authorized and directed
to execute the standard subdividers and developers agreement
calling for the installation of public improvements at the Lower-
Harley Davidson Ltd. site as approved by the Planning Commission.
