RESOLUTION NO. 78-231 ADOPTED December 27, 1978
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A SINGLE WHEEL
VIBRATING ROLLER.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The manager is authorized and directed to enter into a
purchase agreement with Philmat, Phillips Machinery and Tractor,
Inc., 2910 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, Virginia 22202,
for one Essick Model V30W-R Vibrating Roller in line with speci-
fications issued November 3, 1978 at a price not to exceed
$4,306.18.
PASSED this 27th day of December , 1978.
