Under the [Article I, section 24 of the Florida Constitution, and chapter 119, F.S.,.], I am
requesting Annual Budgets and Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports (CAFRs) for GULF
STREAM.
Specifically, I would like to receive the following information:
GULF STREAM Budgets - FY2008 ,FY2009,FY2010,FY2011,FY2012
GULF STREAM Annual Financial Reports - FY2014
Release of this information will contribute significantly to public understanding of government
operations and activities. It will not be used for commercial purposes. Rather, researchers at
California Common Sense will use it to learn about the budgetary and financial status of local
governments overtime. California Common Sense (www.cacs.org) is a non - partisan, non - profit
think tank dedicated to opening government to the public, developing data - driven policy
analysis, and educating citizens about how their governments work. The research and analysis
we conduct with the requested data will be freely available on our website (www.cacs.ora).
Please send records electronically. If this is not possible, please notify me before sending to the
address listed below.
I ask that you waive any fees associated with this request, as we are a 501(c)3 non - profit (EID:
27- 3128463). If you deny this request, please advise me in advance of the estimated charges
associated with fulfilling this request, including a detailed explanation of charges.
If you deny any or all of this request for information, please cite the exemptions you believe
justify the refusal and notify me of the appeal procedures available to me.
