A RESOLUTION: ACCEPTING LOUDOUN HILLS STORM AND SANITARY
SEWER EASEMENTS
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
SECTION I. The easement by and between Leesburg Develop-
ment Company and the Town of Leesburg recorded November 8, 1978,
in Deed Book 713, page 357 through 360, is hereby accepted.
SECTION II. The sanitary sewer easement by and between
Leesburg Development Company and the Town of Leesburg, which
was recorded November 8, 1978, in Deed Book 713, page 361 through
364, is hereby accepted.
