A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A PREAPPLICATION FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOP-
MENT SINGLE PURPOSE GRANT FUNDS
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
The town manager is authorized and directed to prepare a pre-
application to the Department of Housing and Urban Development for
Community Development Single Purpose Grant Funds to construct a
storm drainage system for Fairview Subdivision as generally de-
scribed in a preliminary engineering report prepared by Bengtson,
DeBell & Elkin, Inc., dated September, 1978, and a drainage facility
for a section of Town Branch located between South Liberty Street
extended and South Church Street extended and generally described in
a memorandum to the Council dated January 12, 1979.
PASSED this 24th day of January , 1979.
