RE: LIG/MEG request
I am requesting that$3950 be approved for carpet cleaning from the LIG/MEG account. As you know,
the building maintenance account has been tapped for building repairs and is not sufficient to fund
carpet cleaning.
The vendor being proposed did a good job cleaning the carpet in the Watertown Savings Bank Room so
we are confident that they will do the same with the rest of the building. His quote is enclosed along
with an accounting of LIG/MEG expenditures and encumbrances for this fiscal year.
Thank you in advance for your consideration of this request.
