HomeMy Public PortalAboutfeb19ligmeg I Watertown Free Public Library Library Director Leone E. Cole TO: Library Board of Trustees /D FROM: Leone E. Cole, Library Director DATE: February 1, 2019 RE: LIG/MEG request I am requesting that$3950 be approved for carpet cleaning from the LIG/MEG account. As you know, the building maintenance account has been tapped for building repairs and is not sufficient to fund carpet cleaning. The vendor being proposed did a good job cleaning the carpet in the Watertown Savings Bank Room so we are confident that they will do the same with the rest of the building. His quote is enclosed along with an accounting of LIG/MEG expenditures and encumbrances for this fiscal year. Thank you in advance for your consideration of this request. 123 Main Street Watertown, MA 02472-4478 617.972.6434 vvatertownhb.org i Watertown Library carpet cleaning proposal Proposal Date: 1/25/2019 National Carpet Cleaning Contact:George Wade Maintenance of Business Interiors Cell:603-235-9342 "The Facility Manager's Choice" Email—noBScarpetcleaning@comcast.net Submitted To: Project: Watertown Public Library Watertown, MA The price for this service is.16 cents per square foot or Caitlin Browne $3,950.00.
