A RESOLUTION: RESCINDING PRIOR ACTION CONCERNING EAST LEESBURG
HILLS AND TUSCARORA DEVELOPMENTS.
WHEREAS, the Council on October 8, 1975 adopted a resolution
expressing its opinion that the then proposed rezoning for the East
Leesburg Hills and Tuscarora developments was premature and detri-
mental to the ultimate development of the town; and
WHEREAS, conditions for the development of the areas outside
Leesburg in the Tuscarora watershed have changed:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg
in Virginia, as follows:
The resolution adopted October 8, 1975 is repealed.
PASSED this 24'th day of January' , 1979.
