AUTHORIZING NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON PROPOSED REZONING OF PROPERTIES LOCATED ON EAST
LOUDOUN STREET BETWEEN HARRISON STREET AND EAST
MARKET STREET
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
A Notice of Public Hearing to consider proposed rezoning
from R-2 to B-2 of properties located on the south side of East
Loudoun Street between Harrison Street and East Market Street shall
be published in the Loudoun Times-Mirror on February 1 , 1979
and February 8 , 1979 for Public Hearing on February 14 , 1979
at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 10 West Loudoun Street, Lees-
burg, Virginia.
