A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO
RELATING TO SURPLUS PERSONAL PROPERTY; DECLARING PERSONAL
PROPERTY SURPLUS; AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS
PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR RELATED MATTERS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of McCall, Idaho ("City") has acquired certain personal property for the
purpose of carrying out services in the public interest; and
WHEREAS, certain items of personal property of the City have become worn out, obsolete, or
are no longer needed by the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has deemed it unnecessary to maintain ownership of surplus
personal property of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, desires to dispose of the surplus property listed as an Airport
Rotating Beacon Light.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED by the City Council of McCall, Idaho, as
follows:
Section 1: The City Council finds and declares that the City no longer has a use for the surplus
property, an Airport Rotating Beacon Light.
Section 2: The City Council adopts the valuation of the surplus property listed and described as
an Airport Rotating Beacon Light - S/N: 0909025.
Section 3: The Airport Manager is authorized and directed to conduct a live auction for the
purposes of selling the surplus property to the highest bidder for cash at a public sale after public
notice.
Section 4: This Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and
approval.
Passed and approved this 14 day of May, 2015.
