A RESOLUTION: TOWN OF LEESBURG IN LOUDOUN COUNTY, VIRGINIA PRESENTED February 14, 1979 79-19 ADOPTED February 14, 1979 ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEED OF EAST ROYAL STREET ALLEYWAY FOR PUBLIC USE WHEREAS, by quitclaim deed made February 6, 1978, and filed in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for Loudoun County, Virginia in Deed Book 700, Page 15, property owners adjoining the alleyway intersecting with East Loudoun Street and East Royal Street did quitclaim and release all claims and interest to said alleyway to the Town of Leesburg; and WHEREAS, it is appropriate for the town to accept for public use and maintenance, this alley: THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as follows: That certain alleyway, containing 6,362 square feet, more or less, as shown on a plat prepared by DeLashmutt Associates, CLS, dated January, 1978, and filed with a quitclaim deed in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for Loudoun County, Virginia in Deed Book 700, Page 15, is hereby accepted for public use and maintenance.
