summer Income from Murder at the Driftwood Saloon at 1588.00 so far. Not all expenses accounted for. First art show netted 145.00 Account for Miss Sylvia Fund closed at Suntrust. Sallie
McCllelan wil meet Thurs to close deal on CC machine. Samantha made motion to open G/L acct for OZ in the amount of 3500.00 to be amendable as needed. Approved. 100.00 cash box needed
to be kept for monthly art shows etc. Eddie WIlson would like to move music show to Sept 25. Richard to follow up. Samantha made motion for music show: 60/40 split. we get 60. post gets
40 Sept date preferred but July OK too Post will handle marketing, staffing Approved Art show-No quote on signage yet. Signs will be generic as to be re-usable Richard made motion signs
to be purchased when final quote received. Approved Insuarance needs to be updated. Sallie to investigate and Carol volunteered to shop for quotes. Tabled until further info gathered.
Doris states Nan And Allen Ruben donated tables for Denise to buy new easels. Doris will get more info. Meeting adjourned -7:05
