I am requesting that the following Special Tax Bills for weeds cut in 1991 be abated
due to the tax bill being issued after the property changed ownership:

Following are special tax bills that were not collected and the property has changed
ownership recently. Please advise if appropriate to bring before the City Council for
abatement.
BUTLER, JONATHAN
Property located at 210 Dunford, Jeffe
Special Tax Bill 14569 dated 11/6/91 $75.00
for weeds cleaned up on 5/24/91 and certified 8/14/91 to City Clerk
Special Tax Bill 14504 dated 6/9/92 $130.00
for weeds cleaned up on 8/6/91 an 9/30/91, certified on 4/29/91 to City
Clerk
Mr. Butler is in the process of declaring bankruptcy. City National foreclosed
on 3/3/92 and sold property to James R. & Mary L. Bode on 5/13/92. Jefferson Bank
has mortgage.
GILROY, TERRY LYNN TURNER
Property located at 711 Walsh, Jefferson City
Special Tax Bills 14471, 14544, and 14550 were paid on 6/24/92 - $510.00
Special Tax Bill 14596 dated 6/9/92 - 05.00
for weeds cleaned up on 10/10/91 an certified to City Clerk on 4/29/91
Ms. Gilroy is no longer the owner. Property sold to Kenneth Koelling on 6/5/92.
ITT Financial Services has the mortgage.
WILLIS, CLIFFORD & CATHY
Property located at 506 Lafayette St., Jefferson City
Special Tax Bill 14579 dated 11/6/91 - 00 paid 4/23/92.
Special Tax Bill 14583 dated 6/9/92 150.00
for weeds cleaned up on 7/30/91 an 10/1/91 and certified to City Clerk
on 4/29/92.
Mr. & Mrs. Willis are no longer owners of the property. Jefferson Bank
foreclosed on 3/26/92 and sold property to Mohammed and Mary M. Kabiri on 4/13/92.
