Public Hearing
Community Focus Fund Grant Application
January 5, 1990
A public hearing concerning the Community Focus Fund Grant
Application for the Greater Eastside Sewer Separation Project was
held on January 5, 1990 in Greencastle City Hall. The meeting was
called to order at 4:10 p.m. by Mayor Harmless. In attendance were
Mayor. Harmless, Bill Dory, Terry Hall, Mike Shaver, tarry Wilson,
and Eric Bernsee. There were no members of the public in
attendance.
Mr. Shaver, of Wabash Scientific, explained that if the grant
is approved, the project for the Greater Eastside could be
completed in 1990. If the grant is not approved, the project would
be completed over a four year period of time. Grant approval
should be announced by the Department of Commerce by March 15,
1990.
Mayor Harmless will be distributing a letter explaining the
Community Focus Fund to each residence in the Greater Eastside.
Concerned residents will be encouraged to attend a public meeting
to be held on January 12, 1990 at 4:00 p.m. at Greencastle City
Hall.
There being no further business, the hearing was adjourned at
4:30 p.m.
