A RESOLUTION:
TOWN OF LEESBURG
IN
LOUDOUN COUNTY, VIRGINIA
PRESENTED March 14, 1979
79-39 ADOPTED March 14, 1979
AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SURPLUS VEHICLES AND
EQUIPMENT
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia
as follows:
SECTION I. The manager is authorized and directed to dispose
of the surplus vehicles and equipment listed in a memorandum to the
Council dated March 5, 1979, by way of public auction to be held
on March 30, 1979.
SECTION II. A public notice advertising the sale of the surplus
vehicles shall be published in the March 29 and March 29 issues of
the LOUDOUN TIMES MIRROR.
