A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DESIGNATING
THE PLACEMENT OF REB CURB MARKINGS ON
THE NORTH SIDE OF LAS TUNAS DRIVE FROM
CURB RETURN AT AGNES TO WEST DRIVEWAY
FOR A DISTANCE 18 FT. WESTERLY; PLACE
9 FT. OF RED CURB IMMEDIATELY WEST OF
THE WEST DRIVEWAY AND 9 FT. IMMEDIATELY
EAST OF THE SECOND DRIVEWAY, THE
SAME BEING PAINTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section
3301 of the Temple City Municipal Code, and Los Angeles County
Ordinance No. 6544, red curb markings shall be placed on the
north side of Las Tunas Dr. from curb return at Agnes to
west driveway for a distance 18 ft. westerly; place 9 ft. of
red curb immediately west of the west driveway and 9 ft.
immediately east of the second driveway.
SECT2Ot; 2, The City Manager is directed to carry
out the terms and provision of this Resolution.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution.
