TOWN OF LEESBURG
IN
LOUDOUN COUNTY, VIRGINIA
PRESENTED April 10, 1979
79-55 ADOPTED April 10, 1979
AWARDING $5,000,000 WATER BONDS AND $150,000
PUBLIC PARKING FACILITY BONDS TO THE NORTHERN
TRUST COMPANY AND ASSOCIATES
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
That $5,000,000 Water Bonds, Series of 197~ and $150,000
Public Parking Facility Bonds, Series of 1979, the form
and details of which have heretofore been prescribed by
resolutions adopted on March 28, 1979, be and the same
are hereby awarded to The Northern Trust Company and As-
sociates in accordance with the terms of their bid and
shall bear interest as set out in such bid.
PASSED this 10th day of April , 1979.
