AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE
BOND AND EXTENSION OF THE MUNICIPAL SEWER WORKS FOR
HERITAGE SQUARE, SECTION II
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
SECTION I. The town manager is authorized and directed to
execute the standard agreemen~ and approval of the performance
bond NO-N4423527by Hartford .Accident Indemnity Co. in the amount
of $2.6,736.30 is granted subject to review by the town attorney.
These instruments are to guarantee installation of public improve-
ments for Section II of Heritage Square.
SECTION II. The extension of municipal sewer works for Heritage
Square Section II is approved.
