RESOLLrflON CONFIRMING COUNCIL AJ~TION
IN CONNECTION Wi'i]{ I~Y RETAIL
CONSUMPTION LIC~qSE HEARING
WHEREAS, on June 26, 1997, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret (the "Borough") conducted a hearing regarding certain charges

1. ) The Licenseholder is found Not Guilty of the alleged
violations of N.J.A.C. 13:2-23.6 (a)3.
2. ) The License is renewed for the Licerme Year~
3. ) The Licenseholder is admonished to more diligently control it's parking Lot.
