A RESOLUTION: GRANTING ENCROACHMENT TO LEON CHATELAIN, III AT
41 S. KING STREET
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The Manager is authorized and directed to issue a permit
to Leon Chatelain, III for an encroachment into the right-of-
way for a distance of approximately six feet to replace an
existing porch at 41 S. King Street.
