GRANTING ENCROACHMENT TO LEON CHATELAIN, III
AT 41 S. KING STREET
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The manager is authorized and directed to issue a
permit to Leon Chatelain, III for an encroachment
into the right-of-way for a distance of approximately
one foot for the main dwelling located at 41 South
King Street.
