Executive Session
January 25, 1990
• The Greencastle Common Council met in executive session on
Thursday, January 25, 1990 in City Hall. The meeting was called to
order at 6:00 p.m. On call of the roll the following members were
shown to be present: Councilor Bob Sedlack, Councilor Sue Murray,
Councilor Tim Conway, Councilor Sheri Roach, and Councilor Mike
Rokicki. Also present was city attorney Larry Wilson.
Discussion ensued regarding the Council appointment to the
Greencastle Development Center Executive Board. Councilor Sedlack
noted the appointment could be a member of the Common Council or a
member of the public appointed by the Council. Councilor Rokicki
volunteered to be the Council appointment if that would be the
consensus of Council. Meeting requirements, term of office, and
confidentiality were also discussed.
No business other than that listed in the published agenda was
discussed. Councilor Sedlack moved for adjournment. This motion
was seconded by Councilor Murray, was carried by an aye unanimous
vote, and the meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
