A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING REVISION OF AN ENGINEERING SERVICES
AGREEMENT AND MAKING AN APPROPRIATION
RESOLVED by the Council for the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
SECTION I. The manager is authorized and directed to revise
the agreement with Betz-Converse-Murdoch, Inc., 800 Follin Lane,
S. E., Vienna, Virginia 22180, authorized by Resolution No. 78-213
to increase the maximum cost of the contract from $73,200 to
$87,000.
SECTION II. A transfer of Utility Fund non-restricted cash
to the Capital Project Fund for the Potomac River water supply pro-
ject is authorized in the amount of $13,800 and an appropriation
is made from the Capital Project Fund to Account No. 70000.250,
Construction Engineering, in the amount of $13,800.
