Motion by Nielsen second by Van Heiden to approve the minutes of the previous meeting. All ayes, carried. Motion by James second by Lindaman to approve the Treasurer’s report for September. Council would like to meet with the Library Board to discuss the next step in the process. Tentative date for the meeting is October 18th at 7:00 p.m. Motion by Nielsen, second by Lindaman to purchase 30 stop signs. City Clerk to have City Attorney draw up and ordinance changing all yield signs to stop signs. All ayes, carried. Leaves will be picked up on Mondays only this fall. Junk clean up day will be scheduled for October 29th. Halloween will be October 31st from 5:00-8:00. Motion to adjourn by Lindaman second by James.
