A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY CONrI.RMING
THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND GRANTING
A ZONE VARIANCE IN CASE NO. 65 -148.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. The City Council after appropriate hearing thereon
does confirm Resolution No. 65 -146PC of the Planning Commission
granting a zone variance in Case No. 65 -148, for the reasons
stated in said Planning Commission Resolution, but subject to the
conditions hereinafter set forth in the place and stead of the
conditions prescribed by said Resolution:
a) Development of the subject property shall be in
accordance with the plot plan, Exhibit "A ".
b) The frontyard of the rear lot shall be the Northerly
boundary thereof.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution,

regular meeting held on the 15th day of June , 1965, by
