Executive Session
February 8, 1990
• The Greencastle Common Council met in executive session
jointly with the Citizens Advisory Commission for Industrial
Development on Thursday, February 8, 1990 in City Hall. The
meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m. by Mr. Tim Clark. On call
of the roll the following members were shown to be present:
Councilor Mike Rokicki, Councilor Sue Murray, Councilor Bob
Sed.l.ack. Councilors Sheri Roach and Tim Conway were absent. Also
present were Tim Clark, Alan Stanley, Larry Wilson, Reid Nolte, and
Dick Andis.
Tim Clark, representing Greencastle Development Center, gave
a presentation regarding Project Elm. Discussion ensued concerning
tax abatement, annexation, zoning, and infrastructure improvements.
No business other than that listed in the published agenda was
discussed. Councilor Murray moved for adjournment. This motion
was seconded by Councilor Rokicki, was carried by an aye unanimous
vote, and the meeting was adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
