RESOLUTION AUTF~tLIZING EXECUTION OF AGRt~
IH CObR~ION WITH CARI'PkRET BuSINESS DIBF~RY-
WHEREAS, Joseph Renna of Rentec Design Studio has proposed to develop
a Carteret Business Directory at no cost to the Borough of Carteret
(the "Borough"); and
WHEREAS, the Borough is interested in participating in the project to
assist in supporting local business.
NOW, THE~RE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. ) The attached agreement between Rentec Desi~' Studio m~d the Borough is hereby approved.
2. ) The Mayor and Municipal Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute the Agreement on the part of the Borough.
Adopted the 17th day of July, 1997
and certified as a true copy of
the original on JULY '18, 1997.._
