WHEREAS, Frederick F. Flemming, by letter dated June 27,
1979, has requested that Rezoning Application #ZM-25 be with-
drawn without prejudice:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the TOwn of Leesburg,
Virginia, as follows:
Withdrawal of Rezoning Application #ZM-25 by Frederick F.
Flemming, without prejudice, under provisions of Section 11-7
of the Leesburg Zoning Ordinance is granted,
