AUTHORIZING YOUNT, HYDE & CO. TO CONDUCT ANNUAL
AUDIT
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
Yount, Hyde and Company, certified public accountants, is
hereby authorized to conduct the annual audit for the Town of
Leesburg at a cost not to exceed Six Thousand Five Hundred Dol-
lars ($6,500) unless the scope of the audit extends beyond nor-
mal circumstances, and twenty-five (25) copies of the final re-
port shall be delivered to the Town by October 31, 1979.
