AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF DOCUMENTS FOR CABLE
TELEVISION FRANCHISE PROPOSALS
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The manager is authorized and directed to have prepared the
necessary instruments, ordinances and resolutions in accordance
with Federal and State law and regulations for the solicitation of
a cable television franchise for the Town of Leesburg.
