The name under which the tax bill was issued Dayton W. & Beth A. Clark. The City had performed certain work on September 19, 1994, and directed its notices according to the official process to then owners of the property Clarks. During the process of collection, the Clark's apparently transferred the property to you. The City's lien is against the property and remains against the property until paid regardless of changes in ownership. The City has informed the Cole County Collector's office that the tax lien should remain attached to the property at 1520 St. Mary's Boulevard. As indicated on the tax bill, interest began accruing on the tax bill from 60 days after October 3, 1994, the date of certification. You should make arrangements to pay this bill by contacting either the Cole County Collector's Office, or my office.
