COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, SEPTEMBER 8, 2015
CALL TO ORDER
The September 8, 2015, City Council “Pre-Meeting” was convened at 5:45 P.M.
by Mayor Carrie Tergin.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Costales, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather,
Schreiber, Scrivner, and Ward
Absent: Branch (arrived at 5:46 P.M.)
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Mayor Tergin asked if the Council would consider moving the Presentation from
the Gallery on Miscellaneous Topics from Mediacom representatives up on the
agenda under “Presentations on Specific Bills or Resolutions” by making that
amendment at adoption of the agenda.
2015-45 (Contract for Marshall-Roland Street Project) – Councilman Henry
stated he intends to ask for suspension of the rules on this bill so the project can
begin as quickly as possible.
2015-46 (Amending Code Pertaining to Junked Vehicle Definitions) –
Councilman Branch stated he intends to place this bill on the Informal Calendar.
