AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A CASH
PERFO~4ANCE BOND FOR INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IM-
PROVEMENTS FOR PARKER SUBDIVISION, LOT 24
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The town manager is authorized and directed to execute the
standard agreement, and the cash bond in the amount of $5,654.11
is approved, both of which are to guarantee installation of pub-
lic improvements for Parker Subdivision, Lot 24, all in accordance
with plans approved by the Director of Engineering.
