WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C01411ON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICfMND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA: SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional suns of money are hereby appropriated. AMOUNT k111OUN7 REQUESTED APPROPRIATED PUBLIC TRANSIT FUND 1000-Personal Services $115,917. $115,917. 3000-Other Services & Charges 3,973. 3,973. TOTAL $119,890. $119.890. SECTION 2. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation, the following additional semis of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the fund herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same. EXCERPTS OF THE MEETING OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session in the Council. Chambers in the Municipal Building of said City of Richmond 114 at the hour of 7:30 p.m. Councilman Mills _presided with the followin members pre n Messrs. `Elstro Williams henry lsieankinson Welch Parker-7 Absent: one The following business was had, to -wit: (OTHER BUSINESS HAD) The Clerk presented proof of publication of Notice to Taxpayers printed in the Richmond Palladium Item, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Richmond, Indiana, on the date of June 21, 1983. Said notice stated that a public hearing would be held on the 5th day of July, 1983 _, by the Common Council to consider additional appropriations as provided for in Ordinance No. 31-1983 , within the City of Richmond, Indiana. The proof of publication and posting of notices were examined and found to be correct and in order. Councilman Welch moved the proof of publication and posting of notices be received and ordered filed, seconded by Councilman Elstro , and on voice vote the motion was carried. The Clerk read on second reading Ordinance No. 31-1983 President Mills announced Ordinance No. 31-1983 is on se nd reading.
