A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT FOR NORMANDY VILLAGE STORM
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS.
RESOLVED by the Council for the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
SECTION I. The Manager is authorized and directed to enter
into a lump sum contract with V.W.V. Construction, Incorporated of
Chantilly, Virginia for Normandy Village Storm Drainage Improvements
in accordance with contract documents, plans and specifications dated
July 1979 prepared by Bengtson, DeBell and Elkin, Incorporated and
the lump sum bid submitted August 27, 1979 by V.W.V. Construction
Incorporated at a contract price of $54,325.
SECTION II. An appropriation is made from the general fund to
account number 10110.852 in the amount of $54,325.
