RECEIVING AND REFERRING THE APPLICATION OF JOHN H.
COOK, III, ET ALS FOR REVISION OF ZONING DISTRICT
MAP TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR PUBLIC HEARING
UNDER CHAPTER 11, TITLE 15.1 OF THE 1950 CODE OF
VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
as follows:
The application of John H. Cook, III and Agnes diZerega
Cook, et als for revision of the zoning district map, assigned
No. ZM-27, is received and referred to the Planning Commission
for public hearing and recommendation under Chapter 11, Title
15.1 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended.
PASSED this 12th day of September , 1979.
