TOWN OF LEESBURG
IN
LOUDOUN COUNTY, VIRGINIA
PRESENTED September 26, 1979
79-133 ADOPTED September 26, 1979
AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF A SURPLUS POLICE VEHICLE
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia
as follows:
SECTION I. The Manager is authorized and directed to dispose
of a 1976 police car, Serial #6B53S156401 by way of public auction
to be held Wednesday, October 10, 1979.
SECTION II. Public Notice advertising the sale of this
surplus vehicle shall be published in the October 4 issue of the
Loudoun Times-Mirror.
PASSED this 26th day of September , 1979.
