A RESOLUTION:
AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE INTERNATIONAL
PAVILION COMPANY REGARDING INDEMNIFICATION TO THE
TOWN FOR CERTAIN EXPENSES DURING PROCEEDINGS
RESULTING FROM A PETITION FOR ANNEXATION BY CHARLES
B. MCKIMMEY, ET AL.
RESOLVED by the Council for the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, as
follows:
The Manager is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of
the Town the proposed agreement between the Town and International
Pavilion Company transmitted with memorandum to the Council dated
September 26, 1979.
