A RESOLUTION: WAIVING BOND REQUIRE~'~NTS FOR LOUDOUN COUNTY
COURTS COMPLEX
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia
as follows:
The bonding requirements and site plan fees provided for
in Chapter 13 of the Town Code, Subdivision and Land Develop-
ment Regulations, are hereby waived for the construction of
the Loudoun County Courts Complex.
